How to ask

1. Email info.bpthai@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Give your name and the phone, email, LINE or Facebook name you used with us.
3. We may ask you to confirm it is you.

What happens next

We aim to reply within 30 days and will tell you when it is done. We may keep some records where the law requires, such as contract, tax and accounting records, and we will tell you if so.
